Our customers' satisfaction and expectations are important to us. If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, you can make a request by contacting WhatsApp at 0530 314 0528 within 7 days from the date you receive your products, provided that they are in their original packaging, unused and the labels have not been removed.
Cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, hygienic products (such as surgical masks), swimsuits and bikinis are the types of products that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons and for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
Additionally, there are no refunds on offer products and promotional products.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the customer.
